Main features

The motor drives the bowl to turn at a medium speed.The feeding valve is opened to feed the materials from the feeding pipe to the bowl.The
materials are eveny spread to the bowl walls.The feeding will stop after the intended volume is reached.
The bowl will turn at a high speed.Under the action of centrifuge force,the liquids are discharged outside the machine after passing through the
filter cloth and bowl filtration pores.The solides are retained in the bowl.After the rotation speed of the bowl is reduced to a low one.the scraper will
turn to make reciprocating movements and scrape the solids off the bowl walls.Then the solids will be discharged from the bottom of the
centrifuge.
Application:
Apply to separate the suspended liquid , the solid can be powder, granular, crystal and fibrous. and the diameter of the solid larger than 0.01 mm. it also applies to dewater the work pieces like yarn, textiles and so on.
