Materials:
The bowl, conveyor, inlet tube, outlets, cover and other parts in direct contact with the process media are all made of stainless steel. The discharge ports, conveyor flights and feed zone are protected with materials that are highly resistant to erosion. The frame is made of mild steel with an epoxy enamel finish.

Basic principle:
The solid drum is internally installed with a concentric discharge screw As they rotate in the same direction at a high speed, They have a certain rotational speed difference, which is caused by the driving system and the differential case Suspension enters the internal of the charge screw through the speed pipe and then goes into the drum after being accelerated Under the centrifugal force, solid particles of big density settle on the inwall of the drun, and form a circular layer of cake, which is continuously pushed by the discharge screw to the small end of the drum end then out of it, while the set:led liquid is continuously discharge out of the drum from the vortex finder of the big end of the drum, hence solid-liquid sparation of suspension.
