The principle of work
The machine motor power directly to the centrifuged drum , make it rotation and speed up to feeding speed (feeding speed can be adjusted by
electric control system) ,firstly rotate the handle of skimming device make the skimming pipe move to the liquid blocking mouth of the drum, then
open the inlet feeding valve, the material from the upper feeding tube into the drum, after finished feeding into the high-speed separating, the time
of separating according to the material of liquid; the liquid at the force of the centrifuge strength, make the solid particles move to the drum wall
direction, and the accumulation of sediment formation, after a period of time after the separation of surface settlement, surface of liquid with
rotating handle for the skimming device make the liquid pipe to produce radial movement, the tangential velocity of material suction machine out
of the machine, through a pipe to the tank. When the sediment on the inner wall of the drum reaches a certain thickness, the upper cover is
opened after stopping, and the sediment is removed by an artificial method. The drum is cleaned and the centrifuge into the next working cycle.
